WatchMyDC is a cloud-native enterprise IT Automation platform creating Intelligent and high valued services, and seamless IT automations for enterprise’s business needs.

A low-code SaaS and iPaaS platform that fulfills every enterprise’s business needs by providing unlimited ways to create flexible business modeling and hyperautomation activities.

As an Enterprise IT Solution sales, you are especially responsible for acquiring new customers in your market area. In your role, you will be proactive and will be able to define best practices and goals, including the ability to take over the entire sales team in your responsibility market area, as WatchMyDC business expands.

Your customers are both; end-to-end, but also Channel Partners and MSPs. Succeeding at work requires an active and tenacious approach to work and the enthusiasm to develop as an IT B2B salesperson.

You have some experience in consulting sales of ICT services, process design and solutions of min 1 year, and worked with B2B customers is a prerequisite for success.

We offer a good onboarding with the WatchMyDC platform and its capabilities, a clear area of responsibility and target area, good growth opportunities in our expanding team, and a highly competitive commission structure! The work is remote, no re-location and only based on commissioned structure, but a very good one!

The person we are looking for has:

  • Experience and evidence of successful new customer acquisition in IT B2B solution sales
  • Genuine enthusiasm for active sales work and the ability to create and develop long-term customer relationships
  • From business understanding to identifying the right solutions and opportunities
  • Results-oriented, long-term and active approach
  • Fluent interaction skills in English. For Nordics, the fluent Finnish language is a must with fluent English, and of course the ability to do teamwork.
